Pardon the silence…….

Posted by Greg on Jan 29, 2021 in Op-Ed

……..we’re steadily working at trying to get more posts up this year. Working through some speech therapy issues, neuropathy issues and a possible diagnosis of Wegener’s disease have kept us quite busy. This is a passion project after all and one can only post when feeling said passion. There’s been a lot of music released so far this year that has our interest piqued and we’re hoping February is a more productive month from the blogging side of things. Those of you that read this blog faithfully know how to reach me, so feel free to drop a line. Would love to hear from our readers. Until then, wear a mask, wash your hands, do your best to social distance and remind your loved ones how much they are loved as often as you damn well can.

We will get through this together. Music and film will be a large part of that. We’ll hopefully provide some insight on each of those mediums as our schedule allows. Thanks for the patience and for letting me unspool my neuroses for just a matter of minutes. Trust me, it means more than you know.

Posted by Greg on Jan 5, 2021 in Music

Well, I don’t know what to say. Since his debut record I’ve been a huge fan of Justin Townes Earle. His death hit me hard. His voice, his lyrics, his musicianship. They were once in a generation. Read more…
